Caitlin Hill, CRA, P.App has been appraising properties for over 13 years and obtained her full designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2022. She is a Realtor with Royal LePage Lakes of Muskoka and was a Diamond Award winner for 2024. Her educational background consists of two Fine Arts degrees. She has been a resident of Muskoka for 26 years and grew up cottaging on a small lake just outside of Bala.

Adam Steinbach, BSc, is an AIC Candidate and has been appraising for the past 7 years. He has a Bachelors of Science in Physics from the University of Waterloo.

Emma Bonnar, BA, BEd, is an AIC Candidate and has been appraising for two years. She is a mom of two, an avid gardener and a Realtor with Royal Lepage Lake of Muskoka.
